Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop service plans, and provide direct support to families in need.
• Connect families with community resources and services.
• Facilitate parent education and support groups.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and progress.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Social Work, Family Services, Counseling, or related field preferred.
• Experience working with diverse populations, particularly families and children.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Spanish language proficiency preferred.
• Compassionate, nonjudgmental approach.

Pay: $35.68 - $38.50 per hour
